HCS SCS SB 1091 -- COMMUNITY COLLEGE FACILITY MAINTENANCE
FUNDS

This bill clarifies that the annual appropriation for maintenance
and repair of community college facilities is exclusive of any
capital appropriation, and the current 10% cap on these
appropriations is also exclusive of the capital appropriation.
